This vision took root when founder Surabhi Shah, coming from a 35-year legacy in paper packaging, presented her concept at IIM Bangalore. Recognized as one of the top 100 startup ideas in India, Carragreen received incubation support from IIM Indore, propelling Surabhi's vision forward.

Alongside Chetna Shah, her partner and co-founder, Carragreen thrives on constant innovation. Inspired by sustainable living, these eco-warriors identified plastic as a major threat to our planet. Their focus lies in providing everyday people with greener options for their daily lives.

They create pencils crafted from recycled newspapers, biodegradable spoons that replace disposable plastic and wooden alternatives, all offered at competitive prices.
